Working with native plants over the past decade has led to a deeper appreciation of the interconnectedness of all living things and how our mind set can act to dislocate us from this relationship or bring peace and concord to how we relate to the world. To foster the process of connecting with the inherent richness of both ourselves and the world, it seems like a natural extension of Acorus to provide the space for self-inquiry, discovery, and mindful action.

Singing frogs, dancing trees, waving grasses, leaping flames, moon path, sun beams, wildflowers, you in repose at Blazingstar. Blazingstar Learning Centre is the natural place to discover your inner song and how it harmonizes with the earth’s deeper rhythms. Through our courses and workshops we facilitate your journey into the depths of your mind, body and soul. Our centre plants and nurtures the seeds for positive social and environmental change.

You are warmly invited to visit our learning centre, Blazingstar, which is housed in a 32 foot yurt, to partake in our program of events. Please continue to check our events listing on the website as we continue to update the various happenings and events.

Accomodation

During workshops you are welcome to camp out in the yurt or on the farm for free or below is a list of local places to stay. If staying at the farm you will need to bring suitable bedding.
