Yoga for Weight Loss Course with Stephanie Morris

Thursdays at 6pm starting March 11th

In this course we will shedlight on eating patterns and habits, track our progress, and do cross trainingexercises to encourage healthy weight loss. 

Cost: $8.00/per class or 6classes for $36.00

 

Stephanie Morris works through her yoga and meditation practice to connect with contentment and sacredness in everyday living.  She is a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher and a qualified school teacher, who has been teaching in the public system for thepast 7 years.  When not teaching or cloud gazing she is working towards the completion of a master’s degree in contemplative education.
